Step 1: send me an e-mail.
Put the word "order" in the subject line.
In the body of the message,
please include:
1) Name
2) Mailing Address
3) Collection(s) you wish to order
use the link immediately

When I receive your e-mail, I will send you my address with a confirmation of your order and you may send your check
to the address given in the e-mail.
Via PayPal - Shopping Cart feature added
Please use the shopping cart feature if you plan to pay via PayPal.
When you check out, please include any additional information such as embroidery file format that is not listed or a
different e-mail address that you need the designs sent to.
Designs are sent as attachments to an e-mail. Order are filled individually, not by download link. You
can expect to receive your order within 24-48 hours.
No Refunds on Electronic media
Due to the Electronic nature of design files, no refunds are offered once designs have been sent.
If you ordered the wrong format, I will re-send the designs in the format you need.
At present I offer designs standard formats for most commercial and home embroidery machines.
If a format is not listed as possible for a particular set, please write to me and ask if your format is possible, as
I can not offer a refund once you receive your designs.
